Bernard Akede who currently leads the Reporters’ Desk at News Central TV, a Pan African news station, is a seasoned TV show presenter, producer and correspondent with over a decade of broadcasting experience in both English and pidgin, both on radio and TV.

His journey through the broadcast industry has seen him work with Eko FM, Cool and Wazobia TV, Cool FM, Wazobia FM and Nigeria Info. Bernard tells stories locally and internationally, and has interviewed guests from different countries and different industries, ranging from politics, to business, entertainment and education, the list goes on.

An eclectic broadcaster, he also produced the famous team of sports broadcasters ‘Femi and the Gang’ on the weekly sports show ‘Sport On’.
